What Tax-250 Is

Tax-250 is an accounting and tax professional app for Rwanda, delivered inside Codex and ChatGPT through one MCP. It is not a public web user portal.

Data Processed

Tax-250 processes prompts, tool arguments, verified account identity, entitlement status, engagement references, user-supplied ledgers, trial balances, bank records, invoices, payroll, tax records, financial statements, work products, source references, support requests, and security audit events needed for the requested workflow.

Sensitive Financial And Payroll Data

Users must provide only records they are authorized to process. Financial, tax, payroll, employee, banking, taxpayer, and registry data is isolated by account and engagement. Raw access tokens, passwords, connector credentials, verification codes, and secret files are not stored in the repository.

Purposes

Data is processed to authenticate accounts, enforce access, perform requested accounting and tax analysis, preserve calculations and evidence, prevent abuse, support users, and maintain accountable audit records.

External Services

Google provides OpenID Connect sign-in. Cloudflare hosts the Worker, D1, R2, security controls, and operational logs. OpenAI provides Codex and ChatGPT. Restricted accounting, banking, RRA, RSSB, or RDB connectors require a separate authorized data-access basis before activation.

Account Controls

Authenticated users can request an account export at /account/export and a deletion review at /account/deletion-request. Identity and authority are verified before disclosure or deletion.

Retention And Security

Account, engagement, work-product, audit, support, entitlement, and connector records follow an approved retention schedule. Tax-250 uses encrypted transport, server-side authorization, account isolation, restricted administration, audit logs, quotas, and fail-closed connector controls.

Privacy, access, correction, restriction, objection, portability, deletion, and complaint requests can be submitted through /support/request or tax250@ikanisa.com.

Professional boundary

Codex and ChatGPT accounting and tax assistance for Rwanda. Tax-250 may prepare calculations, reconciliations, draft journal entries, financial reports, tax workbooks, evidence registers, and review packs. It does not post to a ledger, sign accounts or returns, submit filings, execute payments, contact authorities, or access taxpayer systems without explicit approval and an authorized connector.
