Scope

Support covers account access, product operation, privacy, security, entitlement, OpenAI review, and urgent accounting or tax workflow incidents.

Boundary

Support does not file returns, post journals, execute payments, contact authorities, sign accounts, or provide emergency representation.

Response Targets

The initial human response target is two business days for general requests and one business day for privacy or security incidents.

Professional boundary

Codex and ChatGPT accounting and tax assistance for Rwanda. Tax-250 may prepare calculations, reconciliations, draft journal entries, financial reports, tax workbooks, evidence registers, and review packs. It does not post to a ledger, sign accounts or returns, submit filings, execute payments, contact authorities, or access taxpayer systems without explicit approval and an authorized connector.
