Permitted Use

Tax-250 may be used for Rwanda bookkeeping, journal-entry preparation, reconciliations, close, trial-balance review, management reporting, financial statements, PAYE, RSSB, VAT, WHT, CIT, tax compliance, and tax-dispute support.

Professional And External Action Boundary

Tax-250 prepares controlled professional work but does not post a ledger, sign accounts or returns, submit tax or statutory filings, execute payments, contact RRA, RSSB, RDB or another authority, or access restricted systems without explicit approval and an authorized connector.

Records And Sources

Users are responsible for authority to process supplied records and must review source currency, effective dates, entity facts, periods, accounting framework, tax treatment, calculations, reconciliations, and unresolved differences before reliance.

No Public Portal

Tax-250 is delivered through Codex and ChatGPT MCP tools. The Worker exposes MCP, OAuth, policy, support, and private administration endpoints only; it does not provide a public client workspace.

Access

Users may sign in to an existing Tax-250 account and use features already included in its entitlement. The plugin may explain when a feature is unavailable, but it does not display subscription plans, promote upgrades, initiate subscriptions, link to a transactional page, collect payment, or activate entitlements.

Prohibited Use

Users must not fabricate records, mislead an authority, conceal tax obligations, access data without authority, bypass controls, impersonate a professional, or treat drafts as filed, paid, posted, signed, certified, audited, or approved.

Tax-250 may prepare calculations, reconciliations, draft journal entries, financial reports, tax workbooks, evidence registers, and review packs. It does not post to a ledger, sign accounts or returns, submit filings, execute payments, contact authorities, or access taxpayer systems without explicit approval and an authorized connector.
